3rd South Asian Global Intellectual Property Summit, 2026

The 3rd South Asian Global Intellectual Property Summit, 2026 (SAGIP 2026) is a premier international platform dedicated to advancing dialogue, research, and policy engagement at the intersection of intellectual property, technology, and global innovation ecosystems. Organised by the Centre for Development of Intellectual Property and Research (CDIPR), Naovina Development of Intellectual Property and Research Foundation, the Summit has steadily evolved into a globally recognised forum fostering interdisciplinary collaboration among academia, industry, and governance institutions. The previous edition of the Summit marked a significant milestone in its journey towards global academic excellence and institutional collaboration. The 2025 Summit was successfully conducted in partnership with over 28 leading global institutions, including universities, research centres, think tanks, and international organisations. These collaborations strengthened the Summit’s intellectual depth and facilitated meaningful cross-border exchange of ideas, best practices, and policy perspectives. With participation from 6500+ delegates representing 93 countries, the Summit has emerged as one of the largest and most diverse gatherings in the field of intellectual property and technology law. Building on this strong foundation, the 2026 edition aspires to further expand its global partnerships, deepen scholarly engagement, and reinforce its position as a leading international platform shaping the future of intellectual property, innovation governance, and sustainable development in the digital age.
